Guest rooms are available at the show rate of $89 (single or double occupancy) a night at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. To obtain the show guest rate call the Wyndham reservation line at 407-351-2420. Please reserve your room before August 28th, 2013. Please tell the reservation clerk that you desire the “Modelpalooza Rate”.

9am - Doors Open for Public Access
10am - Judging Shift 1 Begins
2pm - Entry Registration Ends
2pm - Judging Shift 2 Begins
5pm - Doors Close for Public Access
8pm til ? - Free Hospitality Suite Open
Sunday, Sept 29th
9am - Doors Open for Public Access
10am - Judges Final Selections
12pm - Awards Ceremony Begins
1pm - Show Ends
3pm - Vendor Area Vacated
Please don’t drink and drive! Stay at the Wyndham and enjoy our complementary beverage selection at 8pm. You are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. Our bar will have a limited selection of free beer, mixers and ice available. A map to the Hospitality Room location will be provided on the day of the show.
Vendor table rental fees are as follows:
One to four tables: $50 each
Five or more tables: $45 each
(we were forced to raise prices due to increased cost of the new venue.)
Vendor table reservations must be paid in advance to guarantee availability. No table spaces will be considered reserved or guaranteed without advance payment. For table reservation information contact us ASAP at president@ipmsorlando.com. To reach us by phone, please Joe (407-754-8921) or Randy (407-928-8898). Please refer to the Venue Table Layout below for assistance in selection of a table location. The numbered tables are dedicated for vendor use. A list showing the reserved tables is below the layout (current as of April 25). All tables are 6 feet in length. Interior tables come with two chairs. Tables against the wall have no chairs and do not have space between the table and the wall.
Vendors will be allowed to have two people access the venue without additional cost. More than two people per vendor will require a $5 Walk-in Fee for each person. Vendors are required to take all boxes/trash with them upon departure. Modelpalooza staff has no availability to clean-up garbage after the event.
Wyndham Orlando Resort rules require that vendors unload and load from the loading dock located at the rear of the building (no exceptions). See map of the area below for loading dock location and parking.
Checks should be made payable to “IPMS Orlando”. Payments should be mailed to:
