Modelpalooza 2017 is a three-day event!
Dates: Friday September 22nd, Saturday September 23rd and Sunday September 24th
Vendor table rental fees are as follows:
One to four tables: $50 each
Five or more tables: $45 each
Wi-Fi use $15 only for Saturday

8pm - Hospitality Room Open (Location: Room TBD)
We will offer guests free drinks (beer, cokes, water) and snacks. The room has a TV for football games.
You are welcome to bring your own beverage and enjoy it with us.
Sunday, Sept. 24th
9am - Venue Open (Citrus Ball Room)
12pm - Awards Ceremony (Fleming Room)
1pm - Show ends promptly after Ceremony
3pm - Venue Closes for All Access
Vendor table reservations and Wi-Fi access must be paid in advance. From our experience, there is NO CELLULAR DATA SERVICE available in the Citrus Ballroom. To connect to the Internet for credit card transactions, an individual Wi-Fi connection must be reserved at the time that the table reservation is made. The Wyndham refuses to offer Wi-Fi service at a reasonable rate. Therefore, we are only offering Wi-Fi for Saturday only. The rate is $15 and advance payment is required using the credit card link below. The numbered tables shown in the layout below are dedicated for vendor use. A list showing which tables are reserved is also shown below. All tables are 6 feet in length. Only tables along the walls are permitted to use electrical power - vendors must bring their own extension cords. Vendors are required to use the Loading Dock identified in the property map below for load-in and load-out.
Vendors will be allowed to have two people access the venue without additional cost. More than two people per vendor will require a $6 Walk-in Fee for each person. Vendors must remove all boxes/trash with them upon departure. Modelpalooza staff has no availability to clean-up garbage after the event.
Cancellation Policy: After tables are reserved, no refund will be provided for cancellation less than 30 days from the show (unless we can find another vendor to sell those tables to).
